  • Partial Refund: Calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated up to the point of the refund request. Any initial deposits or retainer fees may be non-refundable if specified in the contract.

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals.
  • Changes in project scope after the commencement of work.
