Bucks Venture offers digital educational content in the form of interactive webbooks, accessible via a personal login after payment. Since our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, they are considered consumed at the point of delivery.
Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital content, all sales are treated as final and non-reversible.
2. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is completed and access to the webbook or bundle is provided, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Inability to access content due to device or internet issues on the user’s end
- Partial usage of the product
- Personal or family emergencies
- Technical issues arising from the user’s browser, device, or internet connection
3. No Cancellation Policy
Once a transaction is initiated and payment is processed successfully, the order cannot be cancelled. No cancellation requests will be entertained at any stage — before or after access has been provided.
4. Technical Issues on Our End
In the exceptional event that a technical fault on Bucks Venture’s platform prevents you from accessing purchased content for an extended period, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and restore your access. This is our responsibility — however, it does not entitle the user to a monetary refund. Access restoration or an equivalent replacement will be provided at our discretion.
5. Payment Gateway Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised through your bank or payment provider without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to permanently revoke access to all purchased content and take appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws.
